This Week at St. Clement Oct 30 – Nov 3

Our annual costume parade will be on Tuesday morning at 9:00 in the gym.  Parents( and grandparents) are welcome to join us.

We will continue with two drives to help the less fortunate in the community.  They are Toasty Toes and WE Scare Hunger:

Let’s raise socks! This year our school is participating in a new charity to our school called Toasty Toes. It collects and distributes socks to people who need them during the fall and upcoming winter. To donate, all you have to do is bring  new and packaged socks to our school and place them in the Toasty Toes bin right beside Mr.Ingoldsby’s office. Let’s beat our goal of 250 pairs of socks, I know we can do it. The campaign runs from October 10 – November 10. Only a couple more days!

We are holding a Halloween food drive October 30th to November 3rd called  We Scare Hunger. Please help support the local food banks by bringing in non-perishable food items. Let’s scare away hunger together!

The book fair begins this friday morning and runs through Parent Teacher conferences next week.  This is a great fundraiser for the school library.

Progress reports go home next Tuesday and Parent Student Teacher conferences will be on November 9.  Please return the form that you should have received this week with your oldest child by friday so that we can schedule appropriate times.

Congratulations to Noah Strauss on winning the School Logo contest.  Spirit Wear will be available soon through Game Day.  There will be an opportunity to try on sizes during Parent Student Teacher Conferences.
