COVID-19 Self-Screening Requirement

It is critical that every family complete this screening tool EVERY MORNING before sending your child (ren) to school. This is very important for the safety of ALL members of our school community. Unless each of your children gets a GREEN CHECK MARK at the end of the screener you should not be sending them to school. Thank you for taking this process seriously.

To be clear, students can not exhibit ANY of the following symptoms at school:
  • fever and/or chills
  • cough or barking cough (croup)
  • shortness of breath
  • decrease or loss of taste or smell
  • sore throat or difficulty swallowing
  • runny or stuffy/ congested nose
