The Safe Arrival Program is designed to ensure that your children arrive at school. Please call the school at 519-699-5271 to report all student absences and late arrivals.

If no notification is received, we will call home, your workplace and /or emergency contact numbers. (Please be sure to keep these numbers current).

When we do not receive your call, we are concerned about your child. If we cannot determine an unexplained absence, as Principal, I will need to determine whether we must call the police department and report the unaccounted absence. Please help us to save valuable time and ensure the safety of your child by calling in all absences.

Registration will take place during the month of February for children born in 2013.    If you would like to register your child, please call Connie Rawski at the school (519-699-5271).  Please encourage neighbours and friends who have young children to register in February.  It will help our staffing and planning for next year.

On Thursday, February 16 we had many visitors to St. Clement school to speak to us about their experiences in coming to Canada.  They included students from St. David, Settlement workers  from YMCA Immigration Services and Mrs. Kirby’s 11 year old neighbor.  It was a great learning opportunity for all.  Thanks to all the staff and students for their great participation in the day.

The grade 4, 5 and 6 ski trip was scheduled for February 7 at Chicopee.  Due to inclement weather, the trip has been moved to Tuesday, March 7.  The bus will leave St. Clement at 8:50 and will leave Chicopee at 4:00 to return.  More information will follow.  Parents will be welcome to join us.

Congratulations to the students who participated in the Skills Canada Lego Mechanics, Robotics and Coding challenges.  Special mention to Noah, Anthony, Greta and Liam for their Silver Medal performance.
