Reminders for the Upcoming Week at St. Clement:

Umbrella Project Theme of the Month: Empathy. “Empathy is seeing with the eyes of another, listening with the ears of another, and feeling with the heart of another.” – this is what we are called to do as God’s people.

Please make sure that you have completed all of your Cash On-line Start Up forms. Contact your child’s teacher if you have any difficulties.

Monday, October 28

Tuesday, October 29

Wednesday, October 30

  • Book of life forms due
  • Hot Lunch: Pita Pit/Angies Turkey

Thursday, October 31

  • Happy Halloween – students are encouraged to wear non-violent themed costumes. Please avoid overly scary costumes. Weapons/masks or small access should stay at home. We are not responsible for lost or damaged costumes. Orange/black is a good suggestion for students who do not want to wear a costume. Parents are encouraged not to send home baked treats – this is a safe schools concern (Allergies from baked goods, etc.). Instead consider items like a pencil, eraser, or stickers if you are sending something in. Yes, students can bring in treats for each other, but not home baked, and we encourage something alternative like stickers/pencils for health reasons. We are not banning treats- just encouraging a healthier option as they will get lots of treats on Halloween. Use your discretion with masks…Spiderman is not Spiderman without the mask right? If they are in class working – masks off – but an appropriate time at teacher discretion…it should be fine.
