We Read Together Book Drive!
Did you know that one of the barriers to literacy is having access to books at home? The We Read Together book drive will continue until Wednesday February 13th. Books collected will be donated to people in need in our community. Thank you for your support!
We Bake for Change!
On February 14th the Social Justice Club is hosting a bake sale. All students from kindergarten to grade 8 will be given an opportunity to purchase items from the bake sale. Proceeds from the bake sale will be directed towards providing access to primary education for students in Sierra Leone, Africa. The students have set a goal of raising $200.00 which would provide the basic education needed for 4 students. When children are educated they are armed with the knowledge and self confidence needed to better themselves, their families, communities and ultimately the next generation.

If you choose to drive your child to school, please ensure you make your child aware of your meeting spot when you pick him/her up at the end of the day.
