Information Items:

• Welcome, Ms Olinski!! She will be teaching the Grade 5 class.
• The children did a fabulous job in our school-wide Reconciliation. We thank the four local priests for their support.
• Due to staffing shortages. There will be no Junior/Intermediate Music until further notice.

Parent Action Items: 

• We are reviewing our policy about children leaving at lunchtime. If you choose to have your child leave for lunch they must leave at 11:35 and return no earlier than 12:20. We are strongly encouraging the parents to supervise their children during the lunchtime that they are away from school. 
• Maple Syrup orders will be available on CashOnline until March 31. 
• Grade 8 Parent Mount Mary Meeting is set for March 30 at 6 pm in the Library Learning Commons. We will also be discussing Graduation activities.
• LENTEN ‘cereal’ously fun food drive! Starting Monday we will be collecting donations of unopened cereal boxes. With our donations, we will make a giant Cereal Box Domino Chain, and the students will watch the chain collapse. The more boxes that are donated, the longer the chain will be! Afterwards, all the cereal will be donated to a local organization

We are lucky that the Humane Society will be visiting for the next two days.

There will be a dog in the Innovation Lab. The dog will be on a leash with a handler at all times.

Please contact Mrs MacDonald if your child is unable to be in the room with the dog.
